About
- About the client
- Our client is an American cookware company that produces what it calls “hybrid cookware” — combining the durability and heat performance of stainless steel and cast iron with the convenience of a nonstick surface.
- Founded in 2016 by Daniel Winer and Cole Mecray in Los Angeles, California. What began as a small cookware set offering has since expanded into a broad product line of pots, pans, woks, knives, kitchen accessories and more — now numbering over 100 SKUs

- Ensure consistent, accurate, on-brand localization across all markets.
- Data, Reporting & Forecasting
- Build dashboards and lead weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reporting.
- Forecast performance, model ROI, and guide budget planning with Data & Finance teams.
- Analyze trends, identify efficiency gaps, and drive optimization across channels.
- Own CRO, A/B, and multivariate testing frameworks.
- Lead post-campaign analysis and ensure learnings are applied across teams.
- Paid Media Strategy
- Lead full-funnel performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and regional platforms.
- Own channel strategy, budget allocation, optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Oversee creative testing and development of platform-specific assets.
- Manage internal media buyers or agencies to ensure execution and innovation.
- Test emerging channels and new acquisition opportunities.
- Social, Influencer & Affiliate Growth
- Oversee EMEA social strategy across organic, paid, and influencer channels.
- Localize storytelling and UGC/creator content for regional audiences.
- Build and manage influencer programs (macro–nano) and social-led growth initiatives.
- Track engagement, traffic, and conversion KPIs; identify new social opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and platform partners.
- Experience & Skills
- 8 – 10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles within DTC, consumer goods, or eCommerce or Agency.
- An executioner as well as a leader.
