Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in a safe and nurturing setting.

• Observe and document children's learning and development to inform programming and communicate with families.

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with families to support children's learning journeys.

• Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
