Transformational Recruitment is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing - $80,000 to 95000 per annum
Specialist to join our growing team in-house.
We are transitioning this function from an external contractor to a full-time internal position. You will play a key role in developing and executing high-impact digital campaigns that support our recruitment services and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Attraction
? Design and manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and
Instagram targeting passive and active job seekers.
? Manage ad budgets, audience targeting, copy, creative, and performance tracking to
maximise ROI.
? Optimise job listings using SEO best practices to improve visibility on search engines
and job boards.
2. Build Brand Awareness
? Create compelling content to showcase our company culture, values, and success
stories.
? Strengthen our employer brand through engaging stories, employee testimonials, and
workplace initiatives.
3. Website Design & Management
? Maintain and regularly update the company website using a CMS (e.g. WordPress).
? Design and optimise landing pages for recruitment campaigns, lead generation, and
service promotion.
? Monitor site performance, ensure SEO best practices, and implement enhancements
based on analytics.
4. Lead Generation for Clients
? Use tools like email marketing, landing pages, and content strategy to attract new client
leads and engage current prospects.
5. Data-Driven Marketing
? Monitor and analyse campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to identify
trends and opportunities.
? Implement A/B testing to continually optimise performance across platforms and
channels.
6. Candidate & Client Engagement
? Manage email marketing automation to keep candidates and clients informed and
engaged.
? Use CRM tools to maintain detailed records and deliver personalised communication.
7. Recruitment Process Optimisation
? Integrate digital tools with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline candidate
management.
? Oversee and maintain job listings across job boards and company websites.
Requirements About You
? 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably within recruitment, HR, or professional services.
? Strong knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and CRM tools.
? Data-driven with experience in campaign analytics and performance tracking.
? Strong writing and content creation skills.
