- Are you a creative marketer with a flair for digital strategy and content creation? We are seeking an energetic Marketing Executive to drive visibility, growth, and engagement for Novotel Perth Langley, including Accommodation, Groups, MIC, Fenians Irish Pub and Sen5es Restaurant and Wine Bar.
- This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and has a passion for hospitality and hotel and events marketing.
- About the Role
- Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead integrated marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels to elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable growth.
- You will be hands-on in managing our social media, digital distribution, CRM, and promotional campaigns while supporting strategic initiatives and events that showcase our hotel and outlets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content: Develop, schedule, and analyse engaging posts; manage influencer activity.
- Web & Digital Distribution: Maintain and optimise hotel microsites, OTAs, and Google Business listings.
- CRM & EDMs: Craft and deploy campaigns to promote rooms, events, and F&B offerings.
- Design & Collateral: Create digital and print assets aligned with hotel and Accor brand guidelines.
- Campaign Planning: Collaborate on annual promotional calendars and manage campaign rollouts, including photoshoots.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise visibility and engagement.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support loyalty campaigns, new platform rollouts, and seasonal promotions.
- Qualifications
- About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign delivery.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and CRM platforms.
- Creative eye for design and brand storytelling (Adobe Creative Suite experience advantageous).
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
