Job Listing: Digital Marketing Consultant (Google & Meta Ads) – 2–3 Hrs/Week About Us Premier Wealth Protection Group (PWPG) is a financial planning and insurance firm. We run in-house digital campaigns and need expert support to improve performance and lead quality. Role We’re looking for a part-time consultant (2–3 hrs/week) with strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Your role is to review, optimise, and guide our campaigns — not full-time execution, but strategic oversight and troubleshooting. Responsibilities - Review & optimise current campaigns (Google + Meta). - Recommend targeting, bidding, and creative improvements. - Support with conversion tracking & reporting. - Advise on ways to reduce CPA and improve lead quality. Requirements - Proven results running lead generation campaigns (preferably in financial/professional services). - Solid knowledge of campaign structure, audiences, and conversion optimisation. - Clear communicator, reliable for ongoing weekly engagement. Nice to Have - Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM. - Understanding of the Australian market. Screening Questions - Share two examples of campaigns you optimised — what results did you achieve?
