What You'll Bring to the Team:

We are looking for hands-on, experienced mechanics who value quality and teamwork.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year post-trade experience, with proven experience working in a repair environment undertaking major repairs and overhauls on engine or driveline components.

• Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, particularly on large, industrial 4-stroke diesel engines (experience in industrial rather than automotive engines is key).

• Drive: The ability to work well under pressure to meet requirements and display good time management skills to complete Repair Orders according to scheduled commitments and targets.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to positive teamwork.

• Pre-Employment Requirements: The ability to pass a medical and obtain a National Police Clearance.

• Residency: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is highly desirable. The company may consider temporary visa holders with a clear path to permanent residency.
