We are looking for an experienced aluminum die caster to work in the production processes at Rogers Industries Group (https://www.rogersindustries.com.au/) who wishes to grow and develop in a long-term role. This role has the potential to grow into Team Lead for the correct applicant.

You will perform gravity die casting alongside our current staff with a focus on quality production every day.

Specific requirements include;

Casting of aluminum components;
Application of diecoat to tooling;
Safe management of our resistance furnaces;
Proactively managing defects such as porosity and flashing;
Other manufacturing duties from time to time.
We will provide site-specific training and guidance to support your success in this role.

The position is located at the Group’s factory in Hemmant and can be a part-time or full time role depending on the candidate.

Casting Qualifications and/or appropriate experience
Experience:
Gravity die casting experience
Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
Maintaining WH&S as a top priority
A proactive approach to managing responsibilities
