We are looking for a highly organised Development Liaison to manage communication between our company and an external development team building a custom module inside GoHighLevel (My Studio Manager’s Class Manager module). You do not need to be a developer — but you must be confident testing software, spotting issues, communicating clearly, and keeping development on track. This is an ongoing role with 1 weekly meeting and regular communication through the week. ⸻ Responsibilities • Serve as the main contact between us and the 3rd-party development company. • Attend one weekly development meeting to review progress, updates, features, and bugs. • Test new features and existing functionality to ensure the system works as intended. • Report bugs clearly with screenshots, step-by-step replication, or short Loom videos. • Track outstanding issues, follow up with developers, and ensure timelines are met. • Provide simple weekly summaries of development status. ⸻ Requirements • Experience coordinating software development or QA testing (no coding required). • Strong understanding of system logic and workflows (GHL experience preferred). • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Confident in holding developers accountable and following up on open items. • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
