Developer Programmer: Technology Cue Pty Ltd – Underwood, QLD

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality program code that supports system specifications, business requirements, and solution designs.
• Create and refine software applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including end-user guides, operational manuals, and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and project managers to analyse client requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Apply best practices in coding standards, system security, and quality assurance to maintain consistency across all projects.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and optimise system performance, leveraging advanced analytics and cloud-based platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions, offering innovative ideas to enhance functionality and usability.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for delivered solutions to ensure they remain efficient and aligned with evolving client needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring solutions reflect industry’s best practice and emerging technology trends.

Qualifications & Experience
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Developer Programmer.
• A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Employment Conditions
• This is a full-time position, with a standard workweek of 38 hours.
• The salary range offered is $80,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
