Disclaimer - This is not a drafting job. Our small Australian business is looking for a new team member with extremely high attention to detail to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with an architecture or drafting background with a vast experience working with detailed floor plans. This role will involve assisting in pricing various building style projects ensuring extreme precision in all details to ensure the final price provided is accurate. This is a long-term, full-time role & the hours will be 9am-5pm AEST to overlap with the Australian work day. By joining us you will become a part of our team & we will welcome you with open arms. As part of the hiring process we will be conducting a video interview to ensure you are the correct fit for the role. We are looking for someone who is available to start ASAP & does not have current work commitments that would interfere with this role. The following skills will be required for this role: • Ability to read detailed construction floor plans • Fluent verbal & written English skills • High level of competence using Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Excel • Experience with Adobe PDF • Confidence in communicating internally including asking questions and requesting assistance if unsure. • Your computer must be capable of running large PDF files without lagging.
