Project: Design WAYS RTO Information Pack in InDesign Overview We are seeking a skilled graphic designer to create a clean, professional 12–14 page Information Pack for our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), WAYS Youth & Family. The content and brand guidelines are already finalised — we now need a designer to bring it to life in Adobe InDesign. What We Will Provide Complete copy/content for all pages Brand guidelines (colours, typography, logos) Visual guidelines for layout and style Reference brochure (showing the style we want to emulate) Image assets (and direction for sourcing stock if needed) What We Need You To Deliver A4 InDesign build (latest version) Approx. 12–14 pages following our structure (cover, welcome, why choose, courses, support, apply, testimonials, about) Clean, sharp, modern design with plenty of white space Consistent use of brand colours, typography, and logos Iconography for features and infographics (aligned with guidelines) Incorporation of authentic imagery (supplied or stock) Deliverables Print-ready PDF (A4, CMYK, with bleed & crop marks) Web-optimised PDF (RGB, reduced size, clickable links) Packaged InDesign file (INDD + linked images + fonts + colour profiles) Style Reference The final design should align with our brand identity but take inspiration from clean, modern education brochures (we will provide a sample document as a visual reference). Ideal Freelancer Strong experience in InDesign (brochures, reports, education packs) Ability to follow brand guidelines and create sharp, professional layouts Attention to detail in typography, alignment, and consistency Experience working with NGOs, education, or training organisations is a plus Budget & Timeline Please provide your estimated budget and turnaround time.
