- About the Role
- Based in Melbourne Mulgrave office, this role will be leading Denza’s brand development and marketing execution in Australia. As a Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing Denza as a desirable, trusted, and differentiated premium EV/PHEV brand within a competitive and fast-evolving automotive landscape.
- Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Localize and implement Denza’s global brand strategy for the Australian market.
- Shape brand messaging, visual identity, and storytelling across all channels.
- Ensure consistent brand expression across digital, retail, product, and service touchpoints.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, consideration, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with agencies to create and execute impactful creative assets tailored to local audiences.
- Leverage digital, social, OOH, and experiential channels to bring the brand to life.
Product Launch & Go-to-Market Support
- Lead brand and marketing support for vehicle launches and key product milestones.
- Develop go-to-market strategies in coordination with sales and product planning teams.
- Work closely with PR and media teams to drive earned media and influencer engagement.
Retail & Customer Experience Alignment
- Ensure Denza’s brand values and tone are reflected across the customer journey — online and in-dealer working with the national customer experience manager.
- Partner with the CX team to deliver branded experiences and premium retail moments.
- Support dealer partners with branded marketing assets, guidelines, and activation ideas.
Brand Performance & Budget Management
- Monitor brand KPIs (awareness, perception, digital engagement) and make strategic adjustments.
- Manage local brand budget with focus on efficiency, quality, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports to regional and global stakeholders on brand health and campaign effectiveness.
- Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; experience in EV and/or premium automotive industry preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or automotive product marketing.
- Strong understanding of premium/luxury positioning, emerging EV trends, and customer behavior.
- Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with creative/media agencies.
- Excellent project management, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high ambiguity.
