Wod Dental PTY LTD, in Alkimos, WA have a vacancy for an experienced and skilled Dental Technician to join their clinic. This is a full-time position for right applicant.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Fabricating dental prosthetics and appliances, such as crowns, bridges, dentures, mouthguards, and occlusal splints using both manual techniques and CAD/CAM technology.
• Designing and producing custom dental devices from physical impressions and intraoral digital scans (e.g., iTero) provided by clinicians.
• Operating 3D scanning equipment and CAD software to design restorations and manage digital workflows; coordinating with external milling or 3D printing labs when required.
• Pouring, trimming, and articulating dental models based on intraoral scans or traditional impressions.
• Constructing thermoformed appliances, including bleaching trays, mouthguards, and orthodontic retainers.
• Repairing and modifying dental appliances, including denture relines, adjustments, and repairs.
• Implementing infection control procedures and maintaining a clean, safe laboratory environment in compliance with WA Health standards.
• Managing dental materials and lab inventory, ensuring proper selection, handling, and documentation of all materials and tools.
• Communicating with supervising dentists and, when necessary, patients to ensure dental devices meet functional, therapeutic, and aesthetic requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional technical skills
- Deep knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and laboratory procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field

Annual salary: $76,515 + super with full time hours of 38 hours per week.
