Nundah Central Dental is seeking a bubbly, outgoing and reliable team member to join us in a casual Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant role. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for students, graduates, or those with prior hands-on experience in dental assisting or reception.

About the Role

* Greet patients and manage phone enquiries in a professional, friendly manner

* Assist dentists chairside (as your training/experience allows)

* Handle appointment bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups

* Support sterilisation, infection control, and clinic organisation

* Present professionally and appropriately for a healthcare environment

* Provide an excellent patient experience in every interaction

* Help create and post simple social media content (Facebook/Instagram) for the clinic

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

* Studying or recently graduated from Certificate III in Dental Assisting, OR has prior experience in dental assisting/reception

* Confident on the phone with strong communication skills

* Outgoing, patient-focused and enjoys helping people

* Punctual, dependable and reliable with attendance

* Well-presented and professional in a medical setting

* Eager to learn and grow into a long-term role

Pay & Conditions

* Paid under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award (MA000027)

* Rates will meet or exceed Award rates (including casual loading and weekend penalties where applicable)
