The Marketing & Content Specialist is accountable for the visibility, reputation, and patient acquisition of Dental on Flinders. This role ensures that the practice is consistently represented as modern, caring, and data-driven, both online and within the patient community. It combines creative storytelling with performance marketing and data-led campaigns to attract new patients, retain existing ones, and enhance the clinic’s overall brand presence. Responsibilities include 1) Social Media & Content Creation -Plan and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels. -Create short-form videos, photography, and stories that highlight the team, technology, and patient experience. -Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent brand tone and visual quality. 2) Manage Paid Advertising - Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (And others) to drive new patient bookings and brand awareness. -Track performance, adjust creative and targeting, and report on ROI monthly. - Internal Marketing (Data-Driven Campaigns) - Use CoTreat data to segment and run targeted patient campaigns (e.g., recalls, reactivations, cosmetic awareness). - Manage email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.) to automate patient communications and nurture engagement. Improve CoTreat templates and workflows. 3) Physical Space Marketing - Ensure the Dental on Flinders physical environment communicates our brand values, calm, modern, and professional. Design and maintain in-clinic posters, digital screens, and signage that educate and inspire patients about our services and technology. - Reputation & Reviews Develop and maintain a Google Reviews program, collecting patient feedback, responding professionally, and tracking review growth. Ensure online reputation remains a competitive advantage. 4) Website & SEO - Oversee website usability, SEO, and content improvements. - Work with external partners (if needed) to maintain performance, accuracy, and accessibility.
