About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations and providing an excellent patient experience. You’ll support our dentists during procedures, maintain high standards of infection control, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a caring approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities
? Chairside assisting for a wide range of dental procedures.
? Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment.
? Maintaining strict infection control and safety protocols.
? Providing friendly, professional patient care and support.
? Managing patient records and appointment preparation.
? Assisting with stock control and ordering of dental supplies.
? Assist with Reception duties as required
? Collaborating with the wider dental team to ensure seamless practice operations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
? Certificate II or III in Dental Assisting or similar
? At least 5 years previous experience as a Dental Assistant
? Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Compassionate, patient-focused approach with attention to detail.
? Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ? Commitment to workplace safety and infection control.
? Open to flexible working hours including weekends
? Open to work additional hours if required
? Ability to speak fluent Spanish is essential for this role
