  • Job Description
  • The Delivery Lead is a key leadership role responsible for driving successful, value-focused execution of our strategic Salesforce roadmap across the Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • You are the primary orchestrator between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring that our delivery not only meets technical specifications but also translates directly into measurable business value and sustainable organisational change.

Key to this role is the ability to

  • Lead a portfolio of initiatives managing scope, schedules, and budgets across the portfolio, ensuring high-quality, on-time outcomes that directly support core business strategies.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment by breaking down barriers and fostering a culture of agility and rapid response to evolving business needs.
  • Drive change at a portfolio level, embedding business impact evaluation and change readiness throughout the organisation, maximizing adoption and productivity.
  • Salesforce Portfolio Delivery & Planning - Leadership of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of Salesforce programs (Sales, Service, Marketing). This includes understanding business needs, effective engagement and communication with business and technical teams, followed by facilitation, scheduling, and delivery of initiatives and their features.
  • Governance and Process - Facilitate relevant forums ensuring portfolio-level governance and dependency management are effective across multiple streams. Assess and coach teams to higher levels of maturity.
  • Stakeholder and Change Management - Serve as the point of contact for senior business and technology stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring strategic alignment across the Salesforce portfolio. Prepare the business for new Salesforce capabilities, ensuring business engagement and readiness.
  • Release Management - Govern and improve the end-to-end release management process in partnership with Product Operations and Engineering teams across Salesforce environments. This includes ensuring quality gates and coordinating deployment across delivery teams, for production releases.
  • Team Leadership and Coaching - Display leadership qualities and a passion for working collaboratively, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance within delivery teams. Provide mentorship and coaching on delivery practices, organisational engagement and communications.
  • Communication - Maintain consistent, transparent, and high-impact communication to all levels of the organisation. This includes drafting executive-level progress reports, distilling technical launches into clear business outcomes, and managing broad communications for key organisational changes and releases.
  • Continuous Improvement - Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all aspects of delivery, process, and change management.
  • Qualifications
  • 4+ years in program delivery with experience rolling out global change initiatives.
  • Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma will be highly regarded.
  • Hands-on experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of projects across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience).
  • Business Analysis background with expertise in current and future state process mapping will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, stakeholder impact analysis, and communications.
  • Exceptional collaborative skills and proven ability to influence and manage expectations of diverse senior stakeholders to drive alignment toward a solution.
  • Deep understanding of all project life cycle aspects, particularly within complex, integrated digital environments.
  • Proven ability to drive and motivate cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of and significant experience working with Jira and Confluence is required.
  • Experience in Financial services is preferred.
