Scope of the Search • Look for exact matches of the brand name(s). • Identify similar spellings, phonetic variations, or visually similar marks that could be considered confusingly similar. • Focus particularly on related classes, especially Class 3 (cosmetics and skincare, including sunscreen and sun protection products), but also include potentially relevant classes such as Class 25 (apparel/activewear), Class 35 (retail/e-commerce), and any others that may reasonably be connected to lifestyle, wellness, or skincare products. 3.
