• Growth & Grant Leadership: Identify new ACT and Federal funding opportunities and lead the development of high-quality, persuasive grant applications and foundational content to drive service expansion.

• Impact Framework Development: Design and implement a best-practice Outcomes and Impact Framework, ensuring all community programs use evidence-informed models to measure and communicate their success.

• Service & Practice Innovation: Coordinate the creation of integrated service delivery models and pilot initiatives, working across diverse teams (Mental Health, Youth, and Tenancy) to ensure "commissioning readiness".

• Strategic Co-Design: Lead collaborative projects that partner with Service User Engagement committees and internal stakeholders to ensure program design is inclusive, safe, and meets contemporary sector standards.

• Qualifications: Relevant experience or qualifications in data, reporting, quality improvement, and/or evaluation.

• Sector Knowledge: Experience within the community services sector, with a knack for developing fit-for-purpose systems.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRM systems, and reporting portals.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate clear, actionable reports.
