You will be asked to demonstrate your speed, accuracy, and proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. If you don't have hands-on experience with large-volume data entry, this role is not for you. What You’ll Do Data Input & Management: Accurately and efficiently input large volumes of data from various sources into Excel spreadsheets. Data Cleaning & Validation: Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates to ensure data integrity and quality. Excel Expertise: Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas) to organize, analyze, and present data as needed. File Organization: Maintain organized and clearly labeled digital files, following established naming conventions and storage protocols. In General: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data. Be highly organized and have a meticulous attention to detail. Be proactive and clear in your communication. Meet deadlines and deliver accurate work consistently.
