  • You will work on installing and troubleshooting the infrastructure that supports
  • the AWS cloud. You will also be responsible to work with logistics and other
  • teams to maintain daily operations. There is never a dull moment as each day
  • presents itself with different challenges.
  • Key job responsibilities
  • - Maintain a high level of system (Server/Network) reliability by prioritizing
  • and resolving trouble tickets efficiently
  • - Share knowledge and follow the best practices in Data Center Operations
  • - Participate in and deliver on high impact projects
  • - Contribute to, and improve on operational efficiency
  • Additional role requirements
  • - This role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending
  • and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely
  • - 24/7 shift coverage is required and includes 12 hour rotating shifts. This may
  • change based on the future needs of the business
  • - Due to the location of our sites, candidates should possess a valid driver's
  • license and their own vehicle.

  • of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
  • - 1+ years of computer networking experience
  • - High school or equivalent diploma Preferred Qualifications: - Experience
  • dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating
  • efficiently under pressure
