- You will work on installing and troubleshooting the infrastructure that supports
- the AWS cloud. You will also be responsible to work with logistics and other
- teams to maintain daily operations. There is never a dull moment as each day
- presents itself with different challenges.
- Key job responsibilities
- - Maintain a high level of system (Server/Network) reliability by prioritizing
- and resolving trouble tickets efficiently
- - Share knowledge and follow the best practices in Data Center Operations
- - Participate in and deliver on high impact projects
- - Contribute to, and improve on operational efficiency
- Additional role requirements
- - This role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending
- and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely
- - 24/7 shift coverage is required and includes 12 hour rotating shifts. This may
- change based on the future needs of the business
- - Due to the location of our sites, candidates should possess a valid driver's
- license and their own vehicle.

- of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- - 1+ years of computer networking experience
- - High school or equivalent diploma Preferred Qualifications: - Experience
- dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating
- efficiently under pressure
