About
We’re seeking a detail-driven freelancer to source correct corporate contact emails for ~100 Australian companies, clean and standardise and or find the address fields, colour-code by industry, and prepare a mail-merge-ready Excel. You’ll also collect brand logos into a separate folder for future marketing merges. Provide name + role + email where available; otherwise best corporate email with source link. Verify format and reduce bounces (see Quality below). Excel master sheet (mail-merge ready) Clean, case-consistent fields; no stray spaces; proper capitalisation. Separate Street Address and Postal/Mailing Address (no PO Boxes in street field). Logo pack (separate folder) Collect SVG/PNG (transparent background preferred); minimum 800px width. File naming: CompanyName_Primary.svg/png (no spaces; use underscores). Quality Requirements Email quality: Prefer named, role-appropriate contacts. If not available, use the best corporate team inbox (e.g., partnerships@ / marketing@ / corporate@). Do a basic deliverability check (format validation + public MX check or a lightweight verifier—no paid tools required). Add the source URL for each email/lead. Consistency: AU address standards; proper capitalisation (e.g., “Level 2/123 Example St”), State as SA/VIC/NSW/QLD/WA/TAS/ACT/NT; Postcode 4 digits. No duplicates, no merged cells, no hidden characters; sheet must open cleanly in Excel + Word mail merge. Logos: crisp, current brand; avoid thumbnails; prefer official media/press kits when available. Tools You’ll Use Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets with final delivery in .xlsx). Light image handling (download/rename logos; no design work needed). Your research workflow (official sites, LinkedIn company pages, press/media kits, contact pages).
