We are posting on behalf of our client Geographe Enterprises Pty Ltd for the position of Data Analyst.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify business requirements for growth and strategy by working with Sales, Human Resources and Production departments.
• Maintain high reporting standards, identifying inefficiencies in existing Power BI dashboards and giving recommendations on improvement and enhancement.
• Updating and managing real time master data in coordination with relevant departments and projects to ensure maximum visibility to stakeholders and recommending optimal business practice.
• Collaborating with Supply Chain and Production department to identify automation, simplification, and standardization opportunities in business processes.
• Engaging with the SAP owner to evaluate and recommend changes for current ERP system and developing functional specifications for development of system software.
• Scoping technology and resource requirements into project streams using project management and agile methodologies.
• Understanding business processes by liaising with departmental teams and cross functional teams to develop an effective internal management system.
• Using scrum techniques to scope new metrics and system test plans to enhance quality and integrity of system.
• Provide individualised training to internal teams on business systems.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• A relevant qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in a data analysis or system analysis role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, or similar

Salary: From $90,000 to $95,000 Per Year
