💼 What you’ll be doing
- Helping members via email, chat & phone with friendly, accurate support
- Handling super queries: contributions, rollovers, insurance, account changes & compliance
- Supporting customers across Super & US Investing products
- Managing feedback & complaints with care, closing the loop on issues
- Logging insights and partnering with Product, Risk & Compliance to improve the experience
- Meeting quality, accuracy and response-time KPIs
🎯 What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in superannuation customer support or super fund operations
- 2–3 years total in B2C support/customer success (or similar)
- CRM & live chat proficiency; strong written & verbal communication
- Solid understanding of super regulations & member processes
- Nice to have: RG146, life insurance & investments exposure
- Empathy, initiative, attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
- Full Australian work rights
