💼 What you’ll be doing

  • Helping members via email, chat & phone with friendly, accurate support
  • Handling super queries: contributions, rollovers, insurance, account changes & compliance
  • Supporting customers across Super & US Investing products
  • Managing feedback & complaints with care, closing the loop on issues
  • Logging insights and partnering with Product, Risk & Compliance to improve the experience
  • Meeting quality, accuracy and response-time KPIs

🎯 What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in superannuation customer support or super fund operations
  • 2–3 years total in B2C support/customer success (or similar)
  • CRM & live chat proficiency; strong written & verbal communication
  • Solid understanding of super regulations & member processes
  • Nice to have: RG146, life insurance & investments exposure
  • Empathy, initiative, attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
