About the Role Siegel is seeking a Customer Success Specialist & Internal Sales Support professional to be the vital link between our customers, sales team, and operations. In this role, you’ll combine intelligence, professionalism, and positivity to manage customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication across departments. This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys building relationships, and can balance detail with big-picture thinking. You’ll be trusted to handle sensitive customer issues with maturity while supporting our sales and order processes to keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve the Customer Issues List, working cross-functionally to close cases efficiently. Coordinate with fulfilment, logistics, sales, and customers to resolve logistics challenges with professionalism and proactivity. Respond to customer enquiries, providing vendor and ISO information as needed. Update and maintain accurate shipping, customer, and product details in NetSuite, ensuring seamless team communication. Support the sales team by actioning requests through the 15-minute Helpdesk. Drive customer satisfaction by engaging in smart, articulate conversations that build trust and create win–win outcomes.
