- The Role
- We are recruiting for a Solutions Engineer in Australia – one of our first hires into a new region – who will play a pivotal role in launching Legl into Australia. Sitting at the intersection of technology, regulation, and customer success, you will partner with our sales team to deeply understand the challenges law firms face - particularly around AML, onboarding, and compliance - to position Legl as the solution of choice for law firms.
- Beyond pre-sales support, you’ll also own activation and adoption, ensuring customers are set up for success, driving meaningful usage, and ultimately supporting revenue generation. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Legl enters a new market, working closely with sales, product, and customer teams to deliver measurable impact.
You will be responsible for
- Pre-Sales Enablement - partnering with Account Executives during the sales process to scope requirements, run tailored process-mapping exercises,, and articulate how Legl solves complex law firm challenges.
- AML & Compliance Expertise - serving as a subject matter expert on AML and regulatory workflows, building credibility and trust with prospects and clients.
- Customer Activation - leading onboarding and launch processes with new clients, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Legl’s solutions.
- Driving Product Usage - working with clients to embed Legl into their day-to-day, monitoring adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Feedback Loop - acting as the bridge between customers and product, gathering insights to influence roadmap priorities and improve customer outcomes.
About You
- Compliance Expertise - proven experience with compliance/regulatory workflows in a SaaS environment, ideally within or alongside law firms.
- Technical & Commercial Blend - comfortable translating customer problems into product solutions, with the ability to position technology in business terms.
- Trusted Advisor - able to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and helping firms achieve transformation.
- Collaborative Partner - thrives in cross-functional teams, working with sales, product, and customer success to deliver outcomes.
