***Please note we are ONLY looking for a person with eparcel/international tracking experience, fluent written English and a background in online customer service**** Our company is an e-commerce company distributing worldwide but based in Australia with around 60-100 tickets per day. The Job will be Customer Service Via Freshdesk. You need to be able to understand a customer's problem and respond politely and correctly Hours of work will be negotiable but will include some hours on the weekend. We will provide you with a flowchart and canned responses and training. You will require attention to detail and to be able to work efficiently.
