This role is responsible for managing all inbound customer inquiries across email and other support channels, ensuring every customer receives a fast, professional, and on-brand experience. Key Responsibilities Handle all customer service inquiries from start to finish Track customer orders, shipping statuses, and delivery issues Respond to customers clearly, professionally, and on-brand Troubleshoot issues related to orders, products, payments, and deliveries Manage and stay on top of a high-volume inbox using Gmail Navigate Shopify with confidence (orders, refunds, exchanges, customer profiles, notes, etc.) Proactively follow up on unresolved issues until completion Requirements Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must Strong understanding of Gmail and inbox management Advanced Shopify experience is essential Ability to adapt to and match our brand tone and language when communicating with customers Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, organised, and able to work independently What We’re Looking For Someone who takes ownership and treats the brand like their own An overachiever who consistently goes above and beyond Someone looking for a long-term role, not short-term work A proactive thinker who spots problems before they escalate and suggests improvements This is a long-term opportunity with a fast-growing streetwear brand for the right person who wants to grow with us.
