About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and resolving customer enquiries across the ANZ region with care and efficiency. What You Will Do: Accurately process complex customer sales orders and invoices from order to billing. Respond to internal and external enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order status. Manage customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with internal teams including production, warehouse, logistics, and distribution to monitor and manage orders. Partner with the sales team to support customer needs and communicate any changes or issues in the order process. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays. Preferred working hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Who You Are: You bring 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally within the medical devices or healthcare industry. While not essential, what matters most is your proactive mindset and customer-first approach. You are: An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written English skills Organised, able to manage competing priorities, and perform well under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with systems (SAP experience is essential) Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining a customer-focused mindset Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in solving problems A positive team player with a willingness to learn and support others What We Can Offer You: Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
