• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and end-users, building strong, positive relationships through professional communication.
• Inbound Service: Manage high-volume inquiries via telephone and web, providing accurate information regarding products, pricing, and company policies.
• Technical Support: Deliver high-level technical information to assist customers with product inquiries and complaints.
• Order Management: Efficiently enter and upload orders and data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve anomalies quickly.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve service delivery and maintain a safe, professional work environment.

About you

• Experience: Proven experience in an inbound call center environment.
• Communication: A friendly and professional telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technical Aptitude: The ability to quickly learn complex product ranges. A background in the power tools or hardware industry is highly desirable but not essential.
• Digital Literacy: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Attributes: Sound numeracy skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
