Your New Role

As a Customer Service Officer - Inbound, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of enquiries from
both external customers as well as our internal teams. You will interact with customers via phone, chat, and email,
ensuring each interaction is clear, efficient, and customer focused.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, chats and emails, providing friendly and efficient customer support ensuring
• Winc’s customers have the best possible customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries.
• Follow up on internal and external enquiries.
• Deliver on KPIs and targets relating to call handling, quality and performance.
