About the Role
This is more than just a customer service job, it's your chance to take full ownership of the customer experience from start to finish. You'll be the go-to person for our clients, building strong and lasting relationships by providing second-to-none service. You'll work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibile for customer shipments, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Monitor container movements, check and prepare cargo releases and handle shipment inquiries.
Resolve issues, queries and outstanding payments.
Handle all matters related to import, export cargo with precision and care.
About You
Customer service experience within the logistics industry.
You're confident learning new computer systems and internal procedures and can work effectively under pressure.
Good communication skills, can converse with people at all levels, and are well-organised.
