Your Opportunity

• Build strong customer relationships through inbound and outbound call programs.
• Assist customers with new finance applications and guide them through their options at loan maturity.
• Proactively contact Nissan Future Value customers, liaising with the dealer network to ensure a seamless experience.
• Generate leads, manage them effectively, and deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Retain customers through refinance solutions, variations, or referrals.
• Ensure every interaction is easy, positive, and value-adding for the customer.

• Experience in a customer service role with proven success in achieving targets with the ability to navigate through different systems.
