Customer Experience Support – 6 Hours/Week (One Consistent Day) + On-Call Coverage | Australian Brand Expanding Globally We’re an Australian brand expanding rapidly across the USA, UK and beyond, proudly partnering with two world-class 3PLs in the US and UK to support our growth. As we expand globally, we’re looking for our next customer experience superstar to support our customers across the globe. This role will start at a consistent 6 hours per week (one regular day of work), with the opportunity to grow as the business scales. You will also be on-call for occasional staff coverage when additional support is needed. What You’ll Do Across your shift, you will be responsible for delivering thoughtful, efficient and solutions-focused support across all stages of the customer journey, from pre-purchase questions through to post-purchase care and warranty claims. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer enquiries from potential and existing customers across AU/UK/USA markets Managing support across multiple channels, including: ~Gorgias ~Amazon ~Chat ~Social media channels including meta, tiktok and youtube ~Yotpo Handling warranty claims in line with our internal processes to ensure a seamless customer experience Communicating confidently with our US and UK 3PL partners, or via Amazon, for any order updates, issues or fulfilment adjustments Staying in regular communication with our Australian-based team Required Experience You must have demonstrated experience with: Gorgias Shopify Amazon Seller Central / Amazon CX channels Social media platforms Seller cloud Supply Chain Fusion Shipstation cin7 Experience in eCommerce, global customer support or working with 3PL partners will be highly regarded.
