  • Job Description
  • We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to liaise with customers to develop quality relationships that deliver exceptional satisfaction from key stakeholders. The role is key to supporting Cogent's continued strategic growth as a market leader in delivering Occupational Health Services. The right person will be self-directed, solution orientated, confident managing projects while delivering exceptional customer engagement for our range of return to work initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience within the Return-to-Work sector and/or Occupational Health.
  • This role is full time with hybrid working arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our stakeholders including maintaining account management plans for key clients
  • Work collaboratively with the operational team and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet the specified KPI's and achieve annual budgeted revenue targets
  • Contribute to the customer engagement requirements including coordination of marketing activities, conferences, marcomms and new customer enquiries.
  • Contribute to and eventually lead customer project activities that include technology and product components.

  • Qualifications

Cogent is looking for a dynamic person with

  • A tertiary qualification in health or business, or extensive, highly relevant on the job experience with demonstrated track record of high performance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in early-intervention programs and/or workers compensation and/or employer clinical services and/or experience in occupational health
  • Prior experience with managing customer contracts and relationships is desirable
  • Exposure to marcomms and or change processes also desirable.
  • Experience in managing projects with health technology and/or product development being highly regarded.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent IT skills in MS Office and strong customer service focus
  • Hold and maintain an Australian Driver's Licence as onsite visits are expected
