DIGITAL DISH IS HIRING A GOHIGHLEVEL SPECIALIST (Ongoing Role for the right candidate | Philippines Based) Digital Dish is a growing digital consultancy in Melbourne, Australia, and we’re looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel expert to become an important part of our team. Our founder brings 20+ years’ experience across digital agencies: CRM, website, tech, automation, and customer journey strategy, so we value genuine skill, clear thinking, and people who deliver real outcomes. No fluff, no buzzwords. We appreciate people who truly know and love their craft. This role is ideal for someone in the Philippines (close to our timezone) who wants stable, long-term work with room to grow as the business grows. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Someone who: • understands customer journeys and deeply experienced with GoHighLevel’s full capability (Funnel builds, workflows, forms, integrations, CRM setup, data; tagging structures, behaviour capture and tracking, attribution… the lot and with GHL there is a lot of amazing capability) • Able to take a campaign from brief → build → test → launch → optimise, with confidence and care • Experienced in building clean CRM structures, automation flows, landing pages, and tracking • Comfortable setting up, managing, and monitoring always-on campaigns across multiple brands • Strong at diagnosing issues, fixing fast, and improving systems without needing constant direction • Analytical; able to provide campaign and monthly reporting, and draw insights for future opportunities • A clear communicator: responsive, organised, and easy to collaborate with • Equipped with reliable internet and a consistent working setup • Interested in a long-term, ongoing role (more growth = more hours) • Able to support both Digital Dish and client accounts as the role expands • Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute within a supportive team • Bonus (not mandatory): experience with ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GA4, GTM, DNS settings.
