The Role
The role sits within the credit team and manages the assessments of residential loan scenarios from BDMs to multiple lenders.

The Role
The role sits within the credit team and manages the assessments of residential loan scenarios from BDMs to multiple lenders.
- Borrowing capacity calculations, ordering property valuations, packaging and submitting loan applications to banks
- Liaising with banks and stakeholders
- Manage daily workflow by ensuring all expected turnaround times are adhered to
- Completing compliance checks in line with requirements
- Liaising with our brokers and lenders for requests after loan submission
