We’re a collective of eCommerce brands doing 8 figures in annual revenue across multiple verticals — from viral health gadgets to kids products and beauty. If you're looking for a job where you can make “cool looking” ads and call it a day — this isn’t it. We run high-volume cold traffic campaigns across Meta and we're looking for someone who understands creative strategy, conversion psychology and cold traffic like second nature. Someone who knows how to scale and isn’t afraid to test relentlessly to find the winners. What You’ll Actually Do: • Dig into reviews, forums, customer comments, ad libraries, and trends to mine raw insights • Create 5-10 different batches of ads that strike the right emotional and curiosity triggers • Write briefs and direct creative (UGC, VSLs, statics) that stop thumbs and hit CAC goals • Work directly with creators, editors, and designers to bring those ideas to life • Analyze past winning creatives — break down the hook, body, idea, and structure — and iterate to beat them. You’ll Thrive in This Role If: • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience crafting ads that convert cold traffic. • You’ve lowered CAC or scaled winning ads before • You think in hooks and scroll-stoppers • You can break down why an ad works (or doesn’t) and back it with logic. • Know how to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.) to ideate, script, and optimize faster. • Bonus: If you have experience in Canva, Adobe or CapCut if needed This role starts at 20–30 hours/week, but we're looking for someone long-term.
