Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing – Plan and manage online campaigns, including basic on-page SEO, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and paid social media initiatives. Social Media Management – Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics across all company social channels. Email Marketing – Design and distribute newsletters, promotional emails, and customer communications while monitoring results for continuous improvement. Performance Reporting – Analyse and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Content Creation – Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, website copy, and other promotional materials. Market Research – Monitor industry trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and inform overall marketing strategy.
