We are seeking a talented and creative freelance graphic designer for a long-term collaboration. This is project-by-project work with potential for ongoing collaboration. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs across various mediums. Role 2: Creative Graphic Designer - Highly experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign - Capable of working independently with both strict briefs and open creative scopes - Strong branding knowledge with ability to conceptualise and execute logos, custom graphics, merchandise & promotional products - Solid understanding of colour spaces (CMYK vs RGB, Pantone, etc.) and decoration methods - Solid understanding of preparing files for print and/or decoration - Experience designing for: -- Sublimated shirts (business, events & fishing shirt designs) -- Apparel (polos, shirts, singlets, headwear etc) -- Logos/branding packages -- Merchandise & promotional products (following supplier decoration guidelines) -- Mockups -- Large-scale graphics (vehicle wraps, signage, billboards etc) Requirements - Adobe Creative Cloud licence (latest version) - Good communication and ability to clarify briefs - Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) — able to clearly understand briefs, provide updates, and collaborate with our team - Strong attention to detail and professional file organisation - Works well within AEST hours (8AM–4PM) To apply, please include: - Portfolio showcasing relevant work - Your availability (including AEST hours) - Your hourly or per-project rate *An interview may be requested with onboarding provided.
