The attached graphic/flowchart relates the a conceptual framework of what life is made up of after oesophageal cancer surgery. We are seeking a talented designer to recreate a flow chart in a creative and visually appealing manner suitable for publication in a magazine. The ideal candidate will have experience in print design and a keen eye for aesthetics. I need someone to recreate this flow chart in a creative and visually pleasing way that is suitable for a magazine There are also a couple edits to make: - Under the heading of "Navigating Healthcare and Support Systems", can you add a third dot-point which says "Importance of psychosocial and peer support" - The heading should read "Disruption to Digestive Function" rather than "Disruption to Digestive Func" - Swap the position for "Sleep disturbance" and "Physical deconditioning" - There should be a shared connection between the the major groups of "Physical impairment" and "Disruption to digestive function" - e.g. this can be represented as a double ended arrow You don't have to exactly copy this flow diagram, but can also make it unique.
