We need a simple form where our staff can enter the details of the items washed in the laundry, for example x number if sheets, y number of pillowcases etc. The idea is that every time our staff does a wash, they can see the list of items on the form and just enter the number for recording purposes. It would also have a field to enter how much it cost to wash it and dry it, as we use pay machines to use the washing machines and dryers. We just want the basic form at this stage and after that we will add a lot more features like time and wash cycles etc. For now we just need the basic form which the staff can submit and it'll send it to my email with date and time of the job (date and time of submission). We need this to be as simple as possible. Need this done urgently. Ongoing work for the right developer.
