Hi Upwork People, We are looking to have our company email signature rebuilt in clean, bulletproof HTML so that it displays consistently across: - Old Outlook (classic desktop) - New Outlook (Windows, Mac, Web) - Mobile clients (iOS Mail, Outlook mobile, Gmail etc.) ------------------------- CURRENT ISSUES - Spacing is inconsistent depending on which email client is used - Some clients display warnings such as "This might be AI generated" for images that we use or indicate a broken image - Layout is inconsistent between old and new Outlook ------------------------- PROJECT GOALS Rebuild our existing signature in HTML: - Table-Based Layout: The entire structure must be built using HTML tables for maximum compatibility - Inline CSS: All CSS styles (colors, fonts, spacing, etc.) must be inlined. - Alt Text: All images must include appropriate Alt Text so they are described correctly when blocked by an email client. - Cross-Client Compatibility: The code must be clean and specifically written to avoid rendering quirks in major email clients. - Use safe fallbacks for any styles that may not render ------------------------- TESTING The final signature must be tested and confirmed to work correctly in the following environments: - Microsoft Outlook (Old/Classic versions using the Word rendering engine) - Microsoft Outlook (New versions and Outlook.com/365) - Gmail (Web and Mobile Apps) - Apple Mail (Desktop and iOS) ------------------------- DELIVERABLES Final HTML file ready to install in classic and new Outlook ------------------------- NOTE For reference you can find a glimpse at our current signature.
