A pdf file with a layout for a medical office, for women and children, will be supplied. This office has 5 rooms, a small kitchenette, an open reception and a waiting area. The purpose of your work is to get a accurate render of the usability of the room and its workflow using actual sizes of furnitures. Job is suitable for someone who has done internal work in rooms The completed job will involve: - creating a dimensionally accurate 2D drawing of the given layout. - Place office desks, chairs, examination tables, wash basins , storage cabinets etc, in each room, as per detailed instructions and using your own experience. - Create at least two camera views for each room (one from door entry and the other is a top view or bird's eye view). - Create three views of the open areas, to show most of the space outside the rooms. All views MUST BE dimensionally accurate and realistic in rendering. Creator must supply examples first. - A walk through video may be useful but optional. Pictures for inspiration, sizes of actual furniture etc will be provided. Assume Beige for wall colours. The creator can use his imagination to make the render aesthetically pleasing in a minimalistic style.
