About
Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to
join the executive team. You will report to the Managing Director.
Tasks include:
• Performing high level administration duties and ongoing operational support;
• Comprehensive financial management including planning, budgeting and reporting;
• Strategic initiatives including sensitivity analysis, finance modelling, process reengineering across different operations;
• Ensuring effective ongoing cost control and cash flow management including use of invoice discounting facility;
• Preparing weekly management dashboards and monthly board reports; team management and leadership;
• Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required;
• Performing in public forums to promote new programs and policies
• Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained;

improvement.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
This role is suited to an experienced yet ambitious individual, with plans to grow into a broader management role.
Salary: $180,500 - $190,000 plus superannuation.
