We are looking for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to oversee and strengthen the organisation’s core business operations and administrative functions. This role is responsible for ensuring effective governance, resource management, and operational efficiency across corporate services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership capability and a proven ability to support senior management in achieving organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise and coordinate corporate services functions to support overall business operations

Provide high-level strategic, administrative and operational advice to senior leadership

Oversee financial planning support activities, including budgeting inputs and cost control monitoring

Develop, implement and maintain administrative, financial and operational policies and procedures

Manage organisational resources including staff, facilities, systems and information services

Analyse complex operational and resource-related issues and prepare reports, submissions and recommendations

Lead, mentor and develop administrative and corporate services staff to ensure efficient service delivery

Ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting to support business and regulatory requirements

Coordinate facilities, vendor and service provider management to support workplace operations

Represent the organisation in meetings, negotiations, forums and stakeholder engagements

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance and service quality

Required Qualifications & Skills

Relevant qualification in business administration, management, commerce or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience in corporate services, administration or operations management

Strong understanding of organisational governance, resource management and business processes

Proven ability to support senior executives with strategic and operational advice

Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams

High level communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficiency with financial reporting support, budgeting processes and business systems

Preferred Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification in management, business or a related field

Experience in medium to large organisations or complex operational environments

Exposure to compliance, risk management or corporate governance frameworks

Experience working across multi-disciplinary or geographically distributed teams
