Job Title: Corporate General Manager

Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop strategic guidelines and establish benchmarks for enterprises to ensure compliance and progress.
- Lead organizations through strategic oversight, endorsing initiatives to meet targets, boost profitability, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate dynamic scenarios and provide appropriate responses by delegating tasks and issuing instructions to teams.
- Engage with team leaders and department managers to discuss operational strategies, equipment needs, financial planning, sales strategies, and workforce management.
- Sanction financial allocations for the execution of key strategic programs.
- Act as the organization’s representative at formal functions, discussions, conferences, workshops, public meetings, and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
- Oversee the creation of analytical dossiers, budgetary plans, and projections, and communicate findings to executive boards.
- Appoint top-tier professionals and oversee their performance metrics.
- Could be in charge of diverse functions including financial management, customer outreach, promotional campaigns, personnel management, among other specialized duties.

Skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
- Proven management and leadership skills

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Location: Perth WA
Salary: $170,000 - $230,00
