Chef

Salary: $72,000 – $82,000 per annum
Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food.

Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.

Create menus and ensure meals meet nutritional, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

Supervise kitchen staff and provide training as required.

Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.

Cook

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum
Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, season, and cook dishes in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Manage food portioning and assist with stock control.

Ensure workstations and equipment are clean and sanitised.

Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen operations as needed.

Restaurant Manager

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Collaborate with Kitchn staff for smooth operation

Manage staff performance, rosters, recruitment, and training

Monitor inventory levels and supplier relationships.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost revenue.
