What You Will Be Doing:
• Preparing authentic Thai dishes with precision and flair
• Assisting / Responsible for menu development and daily specials
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Collaborating with a friendly team to deliver top-notch service
• Managing prep and cooking during busy service hours

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience as a cook / chef (Thai cuisine preferred but not essential)
• Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
