Located on the tip of the pristine Dampier Peninsula 220km north of Broome, Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm was established in 1946 and has been open to the public since 2009 in hospitality and tourism. We are offering the opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful parts of Australia as part of a professional and caring team. You will need to be prepared to live in a remote environment and as part of a small community.
We require a qualified, Cook to join our Food and Beverage team. Accommodation and food are inclusive.
Reporting directly to the Tourism Manager, main duties will include:

COOK - $65,000 - $75,000 PA - Full time

• Preparing and cooking food
• Function catering
• Using cooking equipment such as ovens, grills regulating temperatures to ensure proper cooking
• Plating the cooked items and portioning food
• Ensuring quality food products are used for cooking
• Creating Revenue generating ideas

The successful candidates for the role will possess:
• Trade qualifications
• At least two years of relevant experience
• ability to work in a team as well autonomously
• maintaining high OHS standards
• The ability to on a rotating roster.
• high levels of organisational skills
